Hi. My name is Justin, and I’m the founder of Exerzo. Exerzo was built on one principle: do the work—especially when you don’t feel like it. I’m a personal trainer and online coach who believes real transformation doesn’t come from motivation, hype, or quick fixes. It comes from discipline, structure, and showing up day after day when nobody’s watching. I balance a demanding career, my own training, and building Exerzo from the ground up. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just consistency and execution. That’s the same standard I expect from every client I work with. My coaching focuses on sustainable strength and conditioning, simple, effective training you can stick to, and habit-based systems that build discipline for life. This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about raising your standards and refusing to quit when things get uncomfortable. Exerzo is for people who are done starting over.
